GROW with Robin
Yoga, Coaching, Writings
Welcome. Thank you for being here! I’m Robin.
GROW is an organic expression of my life. From a young age, I have partnered in the spirituality dance. As a “no television/kicked out of the house every afternoon” kid, nature became my first teacher. A day didn’t pass when the trees, lakes, and animals weren’t visited. I observed and absorbed her harmony, right relationship, and divine intelligence – what I now know to be Yoga. Being raised in a home that valued meditation, prayer, sisterhood, and service, provided a solid foundation for wellbeing. It is no coincidence, then, that I eventually found my way to an actual yoga mat two decades ago. My first savasana was so riveting that I knew I had found an outlet for my life’s passion.
As Life often does, it hit me hard when I was seventeen years old. Not yet appreciating the gift of contrast, I blindly believed my darker thoughts, made some scary choices, and tried to smooth it all over with addictions and lies.

If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.
