Yoga Private Session

This is deep healing work on all levels, providing you with an individual, richly texturized experience. The aim of a private yoga session is to provide tools, techniques, and recipes for the embodiment of joy.

A session is the synthesis of Kripalu and Katonah Yoga. The emphasis is on organizing and reorganizing the structure and frame of the physical body through props and sustainable holds in order to support organ and glandular attunement.  Then, breath/energy may flow unimpeded (independent of life’s conditions), potentiating your stability, capability, and creativity. And, your power is restored.

The 1-hour sessions are held in my home. Props and mats provided.
